  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    We require a 5 day notice before you move out.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued ID (examples: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given a security pass code that will allow you access during normal access hours.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    Checks, money orders, VISA and MasterCard. Cash payments in person only.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?

    Stop by anytime between our office hours; 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday – Wednesday and Friday; 8:30am - 6:00pm Thursday; 8:30am - 3:00pm Saturday; 9:00am - 1:00pm Sunday for a complimentary tour of our facility. Please call ahead, let us know what time is convenient for you, so that we can schedule that time for you.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
